4 corn cobs
Sesame seeds
Butter without salt
Fine Salt |
CORN WITH BUTTER AND SESAME SEEDS
PREPARATION:
SAUTÉ: Sauté the sesame seeds in a pan until golden.
GRILL: Grill the corn cobs, turning them frequently until they are slightly toasted.
SEASON: Put butter over the cobs and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

You can make a seasoning with spicy salt, by adding chili flakes and salt in a mortar and grind until the salt becomes redish.
