INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)
500 g sweet potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp hot sauce
Salt
Ground pepper
Chopped parsley |
SLICES OF HOT SWEET POTATOES
The yogurt mixed with mint is a refreshing combination that goes well not only as meat dishes, serves as an excellent accompaniment to dishes of grilled vegetables and potatoes.
PREPARATION:
POTATOES: Pell the potatoes and cut them in slices or thick sticks.
COOK: Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 5/10 minutes (don’t let them overcook). Drain and let cool.
SAUCE: In a wide pan combine the olive oil, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
GRILL: Dip the potatoes in the sauce and grill them on both sides until they are golden and crispy.
FINISH: Place the potatoes on a platter, brush with more sauce, and add some chopped parsley and serve immediately.
